In some ways, Slate is reviving a segment of the market that largely disappeared.

Slate is the most interesting company in automotive. Rather than following the crowd in ever higher priced vehicles, they are making a basic, affordable EV truck for the rest of us.

I, for one, am excited to see what will happen. This is the first vehicle I could afford that I keep trying to find a way to fit into my life.
